Ibiza closing parties are taking place on the final weeks of the season, between end of September and mid-October. Every venue says goodbye to the white island offering their best parties, DJs and shows. Book your flight at least with three weeks in advance in order to avoid high-priced tickets.
Even though the weather could be a little bit bipolar, is one of the best opportunities to get to know the authentic Balearic essence. You can also enjoy some of the best bars, restaurants and beach clubs but less crowded. So first, check the taxi routes and bus schedules of San Antonio, Ibiza Center and Playa d’en Bossa to know how long it will take you to go to the main clubs from your hotel or apartment. Also, if you are a truly clubbing lover and you are coming to Ibiza to check as many closing parties as you can, our recommendation is to get a standard hotel (3*) with all the basic facilities, as you will be out and about a lot and and your accommodation will mainly be a place to sleep.

And now let’s talk about clubbing. One of the most famous closings is Amnesia’s. It takes place on October 13th and it has turn into the lengthiest and wildest party of the island. The line up hasn’t been revealed yet, but expect a lot of techno and some names like Damian Lazarus, Mar-T or Eats Everything. In the same venue, elRow Ibiza says goodbye to 2018 season on October 6th with some Balearic music beats and the craziest inflatable toys, bring a funny costume to this party and get involve with the atmosphere.
If you are an EDM kind of clubber, check Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike closing party at Ushuaia on the 25th of September, the Garden of Madness, as they call to this party which looks more like a festival, will brings friends like Mad Mac or Wolfpack to the DJ booth. Another exclusive choice is the last F*** Me I’m Famous party of 2018 with David Guetta and Robin Schulz at Pacha on October 4th.
A free option if you are coming to Ibiza with a tight budget is to stop by Rumors closing party at Destino on September 30th with Guy Gerber, Dj Tennis and Bill Patrick, among others. Rumors takes place from 5pm until midnight and the venue has stunning views of the sunset so it will be a nice and free Ibiza experience to remember.
