Office manager internship responsibilities

• Casting support
• HR support during arrivals and requests
• PRs arrival logistic Support
• Support preparation of check-in
• Prepare merchandise for check in
• Support check-in
• Special groups relationship
• Answering the office phone/customer & service/email
• Job posting, preselection support
• Support administration of the sales department

Your skills

• Studies in comm. educ. business administration studies, business management, international management or intercultural management
• Adaptability
• Communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• IT skills ( good MS office skills, Adobe)
• Problem-solving skills
• Initiative
• Flexible
• Very good English and at least one more European language
