Your tasks

  • Casting support
  • HR support during arrivals and requests
  • PRs arrival logistic Support
  • Support preparation of check-in
  • Prepare merchandise for check-in
  • Support check-in
  • Special groups relationship
  • Answering the office phone/customer & service/email
  • Support administration of the sales department

Your qualifications

  • Studies in comm. Educ. business administration studies, business management, international management or intercultural management
  • Adaptability
  • Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • IT skills ( good MS office skills, Adobe)
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Initiative
  • Flexible
  • Very good English and at least one more European language

Conditions

  • Begin: immediately
  • Duration: 6 months (subject to agreement)
